After a career in nursing Christine went into dog grooming in 2008 after being trained by Agnes Murphy in Carluke, Lanarkshire, who is  one of the country’s best groomer, known nationally and internationally for her success in grooming competitions.   

Beside a certificate in dog grooming Christine also holds an internationally recognised certificate in Canine First Aid.

Christine finds it important to keep up to date with new technologies and styling methods by taking part in training  days and subscribing to the newest and only groomer magazine in the UK and she is a member of the English Groomer’s Group.

In her spare time she does voluntary work as an area coordinator for Springer Rescue for Scotland, is interested in dog training and also spends time with her husband Forbes and their six year old Welsh Springer Spaniel Fipps and three year old English Springer Elkie.
